FAQ

Will it send anything to a client without me seeing it?

No. Every contract, invoice, report and email is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it and schedule it to go out later. Nothing sensitive happens on its own.

Can it really keep the transfer documentation straight?

Yes. Each collection gets documented as it happens, from what the driver reports or photographs, and filed per site. At month end the file attaches to the invoice, and at year end it feeds the annual report. You review before anything is sent.

What happens when a client adds or drops a site?

Vorker drafts the route amendment and the contract update the day the request lands: where the site fits on the route, what it should pay based on the existing contract, and the revised document. You adjust anything before it goes out.

How does the month-end invoice run work?

One invoice per site, drafted from the contract with the month’s documentation attached, so the client’s bookkeeper gets everything in one email. You read the run through and approve it in one press, or hold back any invoice you want to check.

We are three people and two trucks. Is this too much?

That is the size it is built for. The documentation load is the same whether you run two trucks or twenty, and with three people there is nobody spare to do it. Vorker is for firms of one to five people, not for national operators.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You text or talk to it the way you would text the office, and it works inside the tools you already use: your email, your calendar, your accounting. Contracts, invoices and reports arrive as ordinary PDFs.
