Will it send anything to a client without me seeing it?

No. Every treatment, quote, delivery email and renewal is drafted and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it. Nothing outbound moves on its own.

Can it actually cut video, or just talk about it?

It cuts. Give it the master and it produces the social versions, captioned and reframed per platform. You review the cuts the way you would review a junior editor’s, and nothing is delivered until you approve.

We are three people and a rotating crew. Is this overkill?

That is the size it is built for. Vorker is made for companies where the director is also the producer, the bookkeeper and the one writing delivery emails at midnight. There is nobody else to hand the office work to.

Can it really price a production?

It drafts from your day rates and how you quoted similar films before, and it gets closer the more you use it. Treat the first draft as a producer’s pass you adjust. That is still much faster than starting from a blank page.

What about the receipts from a shoot?

Photograph them and Vorker books each one to the production with the VAT on its own line and the image attached. Kit rental, catering, travel: it learns how you book each supplier.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You brief Vorker the way you would brief a producer, by typing or talking, and it works inside your email, files and accounting. Treatments and quotes arrive as ordinary PDFs on your paper.
