No, and it is built not to. Vorker handles the admin around the visits: reminders, bookings, day lists, invoices, review requests. The medical records stay in your journal system, where they belong.
Will it text an owner without me seeing it?
No. Every reminder, reply, invoice and review request is prepared and then waits for you. For a batch like 34 reminders, one approval covers the batch you reviewed, and every text carries an opt-out.
How do the insurance claim lines work?
Vorker itemises the insurance share on each invoice from the visit and the policy details you have on file, so the owner can submit the claim without asking you to redo the paperwork. You approve every invoice before it goes out.
We are one vet and a part-time nurse. Is this overkill?
That is the size it is built for. In a small clinic the vet is also the receptionist, the invoicer and the one texting reminders at nine at night. Vorker takes that layer so the clinic hours stay clinical.
Do I have to learn a new system?
