Will it text my customers without me seeing it?

No. The season SMS drafts itself when the cold week is coming, but it sits waiting until you have read it and pressed approve. Every text carries an opt-out, and anyone who opts out never gets another one.

We are two fitters and a lift. Is this overkill?

That is exactly the size it is built for. In the changeover weeks the person invoicing is also the person balancing wheels, so the paperwork happens at midnight. Vorker is made for shops of one to ten people.

How do the tyre hotel records work?

Say the depths out loud at the bay or type them in, and Vorker keeps one record per stored set: depths, position, rack slot, season. Next season those records are the booking list and the replacement offers.

What triggers the season SMS?

You set the condition once, for example the first week of night frost in the forecast, and Vorker drafts the texts when it fires. You can also just tell it "the cold is coming" and it does the same on your word.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You talk to Vorker the way you would shout to a colleague across the bay, and it works inside the tools you already have: your phone, your email, your accounting. Invoices and offers arrive as ordinary PDFs.

Can it handle the wholesaler paperwork too?

Photograph the wholesaler invoice and it is booked with the VAT on its own line and the image attached. It learns how you book each supplier, so the next stock invoice is handled the same way.
