The paperwork set before the grout has

Vorker handles the paperwork tiling firms do after hours: materials lists, quotes, receipts and invoices, plus the partner pipeline that brings the next bathroom. You approve everything.

FAQ

Will it send anything to a customer without me seeing it?

No. Every quote, invoice, email and text is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it and schedule it to go out later. Nothing sensitive happens on its own.

I tile alone. Is this overkill?

One-person firms get the most out of it, because there is nobody else to hand the paperwork to. Vorker is built for businesses of one to ten people, not for large companies with an office team.

Can it really work out a materials list?

From the areas you give it, yes: tile counts with cut allowance, waterproofing, adhesive and grout. Check it the way you would check an apprentice’s list, adjust what you want, and the next list is closer.

How does the partner part work?

You tell Vorker who feeds you work, plumbers, builders, kitchen fitters. It keeps track of the jobs each one has handed over, and when a partner starts a new project it drafts your introduction, held for your approval like everything else.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You talk to Vorker the way you would text someone in the office, and it works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your accounting. Quotes and invoices arrive as ordinary PDFs.

How long before it is useful?

Setting up takes minutes and it reads your website to learn what your company does. Most firms start with one thing, usually quotes or receipts, and add more once they trust it.
