Will it send a report without me reading it?
No. Your name and liability are on that report, so it is held until you have read every line and pressed approve. You can regrade a finding, reword a remark or reject the whole draft.
I work alone. Is this overkill?
One-person firms get the most out of it, because the inspector and the report writer are the same tired person. Vorker is built for businesses of one to ten people.
Can it really write a report I would sign?
It drafts in your own template, from your spoken findings and photos, graded the way you have graded before. Treat the first draft as a starting point you adjust. That is still far faster than typing it up from scratch.
What happens to my site photos?
They are filed per object and placed at the right findings in the report. Two years later, when the re-inspection comes up, the old photos and remarks are one question away.
Do I have to learn a new system?
No. You talk to Vorker the way you would brief an assistant, usually from the car. It works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your accounting. Reports arrive as ordinary PDFs.
How does the re-inspection reminder work?
Every report carries its recommended follow-up date. When the window opens, Vorker drafts the offer from the old report and holds it for your approval. Nothing is sent on its own.
