Will it send a quote or text the crew without me seeing it?
No. Every quote, invoice, email and bulk SMS is prepared and then waits for you. You read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it and schedule it. A crew call can be approved tonight and go out at seven tomorrow morning. Nothing sensitive happens on its own.
Can it stop me double-booking kit?
Vorker keeps hire periods and off-hire dates in your calendar and will flag when a new enquiry overlaps something already out, so the clash surfaces while you are quoting. The final availability call is still yours, because you know which fixtures are in for repair.
How does it price a job it has never seen?
It drafts from your own rate card and how you priced the same kit for similar jobs before, including your usual weekend and multi-day handling. Treat the first draft as a list to check rather than a number to trust blindly. It is still far faster than building the quote from scratch.
Is the pack list an actual file or just text in a chat?
An actual spreadsheet. Same with the quote and the damage report as PDFs. You can print the pack list for the loading bay, tick it on the way out and on the way back, and forward the damage report straight to the client or your insurer.
We are three people plus freelancers. Is this overkill?
