FAQ
Will it send a proof to a client without me seeing it?
No. Every proof, quote, invoice and update is drafted and then waits for you. You read it, change a line, reject it, or approve it. Nothing outbound moves on its own.
Can it really price a sign job?
It drafts from your own rates and how you quoted similar signs before: letters, lighting, lift and install time. Treat the first draft as a starting point you adjust. That is still far faster than pricing every facade from scratch.
What about the sign permit?
Vorker drafts the application from the job details, keeps track of where it stands and drafts the client update when the decision lands. The application still goes in under your name and nothing is sent until you approve it.
We are two people and a workshop. Is this overkill?
That is the size it is built for. Vorker is made for shops where the person bending the letters is also the one writing quotes at ten at night. There is nobody else to hand the office work to.
What about the material invoices?
Photograph them and Vorker books each one with the VAT on its own line and the image attached to the entry. Sheet, vinyl, LEDs: it learns how you book each supplier.
Do I have to learn a new system?
No. You tell Vorker what the job is, by typing or talking, and it works inside your email, files and accounting. Proofs and invoices arrive as ordinary PDFs on your paper.
