Will it text a gate code to someone without me?
No. The move-in SMS is drafted the moment the agreement is signed, but it waits for your press. The same goes for agreements and reminders: prepared instantly, sent only when you approve.
Can the monthly invoices really go out on their own?
Yes, that is the one thing you approve as a standing schedule: the rent run on the 1st. You set it once, every tenant is invoiced on time, and anything unusual, a new rate, a moved-out tenant, is held for you instead.
I run the facility alone. Is this overkill?
The opposite. A one-person facility is exactly what it is built for: the units need nobody, the paperwork behaves like it needs a receptionist, and Vorker is that receptionist.
What happens when someone stops paying?
The day a due date passes without payment, Vorker drafts the reminder and holds it for you. If it stays unpaid it drafts the next step too, so a missed month never quietly becomes three.
Does it know which units are free?
Yes, from your own unit list, which it keeps current as tenants sign and give notice. Ask it what stands empty or when D02 moves out, and it answers instead of you scrolling a spreadsheet.
Do I have to learn a new system?
No. You type or say what you need, and everything arrives as ordinary emails, texts and PDFs. The tenant never knows there is an AI involved, and you never open a new dashboard.
