Will it send an incident summary to a client without me?

No. It drafts the summary the moment the guard’s mail lands, but the draft waits for you. You read it, edit it, and one press sends it. Nothing a client sees moves without your approval.

We are four guards and me. Is this overkill?

That is the size it is built for. A small guarding firm carries the same reporting duties as a big one, with nobody in an office to do them. Vorker is made for companies of one to ten people.

Can it really build the monthly report?

Yes, from the month’s mails and logged incidents: rounds, incidents and response times compiled into your report format. You review the figures and press approve; that is still far faster than assembling it yourself.

How does it know our response times?

From the timestamps already in the alarm mails and the guards’ reports. Alarm at 03:02, on site at 03:09 becomes a seven minute response, logged to the contract without anyone retyping it.

Is incident data kept confidential?

Your logs stay in your own tools: your email, your document store, your accounting. Vorker works inside them rather than copying anything out, and everything outbound waits for your approval.

Do my guards have to learn a new system?

No. They keep mailing or texting the way they already do. Vorker reads what arrives and does the office work; the only new habit is yours, and it is pressing approve.
