Will it send anything to a customer without me seeing it?

No. Every quote, invoice, email and text is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it and schedule it to go out later. Nothing sensitive happens on its own.

We are three scaffolders and a lorry. Is this overkill?

That is the size it is built for. There is nobody in the office to hand the paperwork to, so it lands on your evenings. Vorker is made for businesses of one to ten people, not for firms with a contracts manager.

Can it really price a job from drawings?

It drafts from the drawings, your rates and how you quoted similar facades before, and it gets closer the more you use it. Treat the first draft as a starting point you adjust. The number is always yours.

How do the weekly hire invoices work?

Each live hire gets its invoice raised on schedule, built from the quoted weekly rate. You approve them one by one or as a batch, and Vorker sends them and chases the ones that go unpaid.

What about the inspection reminders, is that on me or the builder?

You decide who gets them. Most firms have Vorker text the site lead the day before the seven-day inspection is due, with your name on it. Every SMS carries an opt-out, and you approve the schedule once.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You talk to Vorker the way you would text someone in the office, and it works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your accounting. The quotes and invoices arrive as ordinary PDFs.
