Keep shipping. Stay visible anyway.

Vorker triages support, drafts changelogs, launch posts and investor updates while you ship. Built for SaaS teams of 1-5. You approve everything before it goes out.

FAQ

Will it answer a customer without me seeing it?

No. Every support reply, post and update is drafted and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it and schedule it. Nothing outbound moves on its own.

We are two people and a contractor. Is this overkill?

That is exactly the size it is built for. There is no support person, no marketer and no ops hire to hand this to, which is why it all lands on the founders. Vorker is the hire you make before you can make one.

Can it actually write about a technical product?

It drafts from your merge notes, your docs and how you have written before, so the changelog says what shipped rather than marketing fog. Treat the first drafts as a starting point. They get closer to your voice the more you approve and edit.

Where do the investor update numbers come from?

From what Vorker can see: your accounting, your invoices and the metrics you share with it. It fills in the numbers and drafts the narrative, and you correct anything before it goes to a single investor.

How does the support triage work?

Overnight it sorts the inbox, drafts replies to the routine questions and flags the ones that need a founder. The drafts wait for your approval, and anything that smells like an incident is put on top, not answered cheerfully.

Do I have to learn a new tool?

No. You message Vorker the way you would message a cofounder, and it works inside what you already have: your inbox, your socials, your calendar, your accounting. There is no dashboard to keep alive.
