You hold the sessions. Vorker runs the practice around them.

Vorker runs the admin around your practice: intake replies, session invoices, no-show follow-ups and month-end summaries. It never touches your session notes.

FAQ

Does it read my session notes or journals?

No, and it never will. Vorker never touches session notes, journals or anything about what happens in the room. It runs the practice around the sessions: the calendar, the invoices, the emails you choose to show it. Your clinical records stay wherever you keep them, untouched.

Will it contact a client without me seeing it?

No. Every reply, confirmation, follow-up and invoice is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it. With clients, the tone matters, and the final word is always yours.

Is a no-show follow-up appropriate to automate?

Vorker only drafts it. The note is considerate, offers times rather than asking why, and waits for your approval, so you decide client by client whether it should go at all. For some clients you will send it, for some you will call instead.

I am a solo practice. Is this overkill?

Solo practices get the most out of it, because there is no receptionist to hand the admin to. Vorker is built for practices of one to ten people, not for clinics with a front desk.

What does it actually do at month end?

It compiles the sessions held under each insurance company or referrer, with dates and reference numbers, and drafts the invoicing email. You check it against your own records and press send. The month closes without an evening of reconstruction.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You type or say what you need between sessions, and Vorker works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your invoicing. Nothing about how you practice changes.
