Fourteen clients, fourteen monthly reports

Vorker turns your job notes into a monthly report per client, preps the board meeting, chases the contractors and answers tenant enquiries. Built for small firms. You approve everything.

FAQ

Will it email a board chair without me seeing it?

No. Every report, email, minute and text is prepared and then waits for you. You read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it and schedule it. A monthly report going to a board is exactly the thing you want to check line by line, and you always get to.

Each client wants its report differently. Does that work?

Yes, that is the point. Vorker remembers how each board wants its reporting: what sections, what level of cost detail, what tone, whether they want photos. Correct a report once and the next month arrives closer to right for that specific client.

Where does the report content come from?

From what is already there: your job notes and voice notes, the email threads, the contractor quotes and the costs booked against that building. Vorker assembles them into the report and marks anything it is unsure about, so you are correcting a draft rather than writing from a blank page.

Can it help with the board meeting itself?

Before, during and after. Beforehand it drafts the agenda and the open items. It can sit in the meeting as a notetaker if you meet online. Afterwards it turns the decisions into minutes and a follow up list per contractor, all for your approval.

Does it replace our property management system?

No. Vorker works alongside it and does the writing and chasing around it: reports, minutes, tenant replies, contractor follow ups and getting the costs booked. Nothing gets migrated and there is no new system for you to learn.

We manage twelve buildings with two people. Is this a fit?

That is exactly the size it is built for. Vorker is made for businesses of one to ten people, where the same person does the site visits, the reporting and the invoicing. Most firms start with the monthly reports or the contractor chasing and add the rest once they trust it.
