Will it send a proof or quote without me seeing it?

No. Every proof, quote, nudge and invoice is drafted and then waits for you. A proof is a promise about how the logo will look, which is exactly why it is held until you press the button.

Can it really lay out a proof?

It places the customer’s logo on the product, spells out colour, placement and quantity, and builds the sheet so one signed card is the go-ahead. You check it before it goes, and the final print file is still yours to confirm.

How does the reorder nudge work?

Vorker remembers which orders were for a recurring fair or event. When the date comes round again, it drafts a friendly nudge with last year’s order attached and waits for your approval. It never sends on its own.

We are two people and a packing table. Is this overkill?

That is the size it is built for. There is no office team, so the proofs and invoices happen after the packing table clears. Vorker is the office you never hired, minus the desk.

What about the print shop and supplier invoices?

Photograph or forward them and Vorker books each one with the VAT on its own line and the document attached to the entry. It learns how you book each supplier, so the next invoice is handled the same way.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You type or say it, the way you would tell someone at the packing table, and it works inside what you already have: your inbox, your files, your accounting. The proofs and quotes arrive as ordinary PDFs.
