You cook the dinner. Vorker remembers the client.

Vorker drafts menu proposals from each client’s saved preferences, keeps allergies on file, books the receipts and invoices on time. You approve everything.

FAQ

Will it send a menu or an invoice without me seeing it?

No. Every proposal, confirmation and invoice is drafted and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it. Nothing outbound moves on its own.

It is just me and sometimes an assistant. Is this overkill?

That is the size it is built for. Vorker is made for businesses of one to ten people, where the chef is also the salesperson, the bookkeeper and the one invoicing at midnight. There is nobody else to hand the office work to.

Can I trust it with allergies?

Vorker saves every allergy and preference per client and carries them into each proposal and prep list, so nothing depends on someone rereading an old thread. You are still the one who checks and approves every menu before it is sent, exactly as you would with anything food safety related.

What about the pile of receipts after a dinner?

Photograph them and Vorker books each one to the right dinner with the VAT on its own line and the image attached. It learns your suppliers, so the next fishmonger receipt is handled the same way.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You talk to Vorker the way you would text a trusted assistant, and it works inside your email, calendar and accounting. Menus and invoices arrive as ordinary PDFs.

How does the next-dinner offer work?

Vorker notices the rhythm of a repeat client, like a board that meets quarterly, and drafts the offer when the cycle comes round. Like everything else, the draft waits for your approval before it is sent.
