You run the round. Vorker runs the paperwork behind it.

Vorker compiles the week’s service round across your sites, books each service as the truck leaves, handles extra-unit requests and invoices per site with the log attached.

FAQ

Will it send anything to a site or their accounts team without me seeing it?

No. Every confirmation, amendment and invoice is drafted and then waits for you. You read it, edit it, reject it or approve it. The month-end batch goes out in one press, not on its own.

We are two drivers and a yard. Is this overkill?

That is the size it is built for. When the owner is also the router, the bookkeeper and the one answering foremen at seven in the evening, there is nobody to hand the paperwork to. Vorker is made for operations of one to ten people.

How does the weekly schedule actually get made?

Vorker knows which sites are on hire and their service frequency, so every Monday at 06:00 it compiles the due list and drafts a route plan grouped by area. You adjust what you want and approve it, and the drivers get the plan.

What proof do our customers get with the invoice?

Each service is logged as it happens: site, time, units, driver. At month end the invoice for each site goes out with that site’s log attached, which is what stops the accounts department disputing it.

What happens when a foreman asks for extra units mid-week?

Vorker reads the request, drafts the amended hire confirmation with the new units and dates, and holds it for your approval. One press from the cab and the site has it in writing, and the units join the service round.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You type or say what you need, from the cab or the yard. Vorker works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your accounting. Nothing gets migrated.
