The quoting and paperwork, done before you get home

Vorker handles the paperwork plumbing firms do after hours: quotes, receipts, invoices and customer follow-ups. Built for teams of 1-5. You approve everything.

FAQ

Will it send anything to a customer without me seeing it?

No. Every quote, invoice, email and text is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it and schedule it to go out later. Nothing sensitive happens on its own.

I am a one-man company. Is this overkill?

One-person firms get the most out of it, because there is nobody else to hand the paperwork to. Vorker is built for businesses of one to ten people, not for large companies with an office team.

Can it really price a job correctly?

It drafts from your own rates and how you have quoted similar work before, and it gets closer the more you use it. Treat the first draft as a starting point you adjust. That is still much faster than writing every quote from scratch.

What about the receipts in my glovebox?

Photograph them and Vorker matches the supplier, works out the accounting lines including VAT, and attaches the image to the entry. If a supplier is new it sets them up. It learns how you book each one, so the next receipt from the same wholesaler is handled the same way.

How long before it is useful?

Setting up takes minutes and it reads your website to learn what your company does. Most firms start with one thing, usually quotes or receipts, and add more once they trust it.
