FAQ

Does Vorker touch our patient journals?

No, and it is built not to. Vorker handles the booking and paperwork around the visits: proposals, confirmations, reports, invoices. The care data stays in your journal system, where it belongs.

Will it email a patient or a company without me seeing it?

No. Every proposal, reminder, report and invoice is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it. Nothing sensitive happens on its own.

Can it really write a recommendations report?

It drafts one from the findings you dictated and how you structured previous reports. You adjust what you want before anything goes to the client, and the clinical judgement stays yours in every line.

We are two physios and a part-time receptionist. Is this overkill?

That is the size it is built for. In a small clinic the clinicians are also the sales team, the invoicers and the ones chasing confirmations. Vorker takes that layer so the treatment hours stay clinical.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You type or say what you need, the way you would brief a coordinator, and Vorker works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your accounting. Proposals and reports arrive as ordinary PDFs.

What about our regular patient bookings?

Your booking flow keeps working as it does. Vorker helps around it: confirmations, reminders the day before, and rebooking drafts when someone cancels, all held for your approval.
