You clear the problem. Vorker writes it up.

Vorker handles the paperwork around pest control contracts: callout confirmations, visit reports, invoices and quarterly contract reports. You approve everything.

FAQ

Will it send anything to a customer without me seeing it?

No. Every report, SMS, invoice and email is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it and schedule it to go out later. Nothing sensitive happens on its own.

Are the reports good enough for a hygiene audit?

The reports carry what an auditor looks for: stations checked, findings, actions taken, actions left for the site, dates and the follow-up. You review every report before it goes out, so what is filed is what you signed off.

How does it know what happened on the visit?

You tell it, in the van, in your own words: what you found, what you did, what the kitchen must fix. It drafts the report from that plus the site’s station list and history. You read it before anyone else does.

We are two technicians and a van each. Is this overkill?

That is the size it is built for. Every visit ends with a report and there is nobody at a desk to write it. Vorker is built for businesses of one to ten people, not for national chains with a back office.

Can it keep track of the contract terms?

Yes. It knows each contract’s visit schedule, callout rates and reporting duties, invoices at the right rate, and reminds you when a quarterly report or a renewal is coming up.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You type or say it the way you would tell someone in the office, and Vorker works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your accounting. The reports arrive as ordinary PDFs.
