FAQ

Does Vorker touch our medical records?

No, and it is built not to. Vorker handles the admin around the visits: schedules, confirmations, the log that a certificate was issued and filed, the invoice. The medical content stays in your journal system, where it belongs.

Will it email an employee or a client without me seeing it?

No. Every schedule, confirmation, reminder and invoice is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it. For a batch like 28 confirmations, one approval covers the batch you reviewed.

Can it really plan a clinic schedule?

It drafts one from the employee list, your calendar and how you ran the last round: slot length, fasting bloods in the mornings, drivers first. You adjust what you want before anything goes to the client. It gets closer with every round.

We are a nurse, a doctor and a part-time coordinator. Is this overkill?

That is the size it is built for. In a small provider the clinicians are also the schedulers, the invoicers and the ones chasing no-shows. Vorker takes that layer so the clinic days stay clinical.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You type or say what you need, the way you would brief a coordinator, and Vorker works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your accounting. Schedules and invoices arrive as ordinary PDFs.

What happens with no-shows?

Vorker flags them after the clinic day, drafts the rebooking email and keeps the completion count honest, so the invoice matches what was actually delivered and nobody falls out of the round unnoticed.
