Will it send anything to a client without me seeing it?

No. Every summary, register update, invoice and offer is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit any line, reject it, or approve it and schedule it to go out later. Nothing sensitive happens on its own.

Is it safe to keep key registers in it?

The register lives with you, and nothing about it leaves without your approval. Vorker keeps it current from what you log, and the update it drafts for a client goes out only when you press send. You stay the only one who decides who sees what.

How does a midnight callout actually get logged?

You send a voice note from the van: address, what you did, what you fitted. Vorker books the job log with the times and parts, and the summary for the client is drafted before you are home. You check both when it suits you.

What about the annual services on master-key systems?

Every system you install gets a service date. When one comes due, Vorker drafts the offer to that client on its own and holds it for your approval. Nothing goes out until you press.

I work alone. Is this overkill?

One-person firms get the most out of it, because there is nobody else to hand the paperwork to. Vorker is built for businesses of one to ten people, not for large companies with an office team.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You talk to Vorker the way you would text someone in the office, mostly by voice note from the van. It works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your accounting. The registers and invoices arrive as ordinary PDFs.
