Will it post or email anything without me seeing it?
No. Every story, post, reply and restock note is drafted and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it. Nothing reaches your feed or a customer on its own.
It is just me at a bench in the spare room. Is this overkill?
That is exactly the size it is built for. When the maker is also the photographer, the copywriter and the bookkeeper, there is nobody to hand the launch admin to. Vorker is that pair of hands.
Can it really write the story of a piece it did not see made?
You give it the photo and a sentence about the making, and it drafts from that plus everything it knows about your work. The first draft is yours to correct, and it learns your voice with every edit.
How does the payout reconciliation work?
Payouts arrive as lump sums minus fees. Vorker matches each one to the orders it settles, splits the fees onto their own line and drafts the entries for your approval before anything is booked.
What counts as low stock?
You set the line, piece by piece or one rule for everything. When stock dips below it, Vorker drafts the restock note to your supplier and waits for your yes. It never orders anything on its own.
Do I have to learn a new system?
No. You send a photo and a sentence, the way you would text a friend who runs your admin, and it works inside the tools you already have: your socials, your email, your accounting.
