Will it send a quote without me seeing it?

No. Every quote, invoice and renewal is drafted and then waits for you. A quote is a promise about price and stock, which is exactly why it is held until you press the button.

Can it really check distributor pricing?

It reads the price files and portals you already receive, matches the lines to what you are quoting and shows the margin against your list. You see the numbers before the quote goes, and anything it is unsure about is flagged instead of guessed.

How do the warranty renewals work?

Vorker keeps the purchase dates and warranty terms from your own orders. Sixty days before a fleet expires it drafts the renewal quote and waits for your approval. It never sends on its own.

We are two people and a bench. Is this overkill?

That is the size it is built for. There is no office team, so the quotes and invoices happen after the bench empties. Vorker is the office you never hired, minus the desk.

What about the distributor invoices?

Photograph or forward them and Vorker books each one with the VAT on its own line and the document attached. It learns how you book each distributor, so the next invoice from the same one is handled the same way.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You type or say it, the way you would tell someone in the office, and it works inside what you already have: your inbox, your accounting, your calendar. The quotes and invoices arrive as ordinary PDFs.
