Will it send anything to a client without me seeing it?
No. Every quote, invoice, update and offer is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it and schedule it to go out later. Nothing sensitive happens on its own.
Can it really price a hall from my photos?
It drafts from your own square-metre rates, the measurements you spoke on site and how you quoted similar halls before. Treat the first draft as a starting point you adjust. That is still far faster than building the quote on Sunday night.
We are four painters and a van. Is this overkill?
That is the size it is built for. When there is nobody in an office, the quoting and the completion paperwork land on your evenings, and that is exactly the work Vorker takes. It is made for firms of one to ten people.
How does the completion documentation work?
You photograph each zone as it finishes, and Vorker files the shots against the coating spec and compiles the handover document. When the invoice goes out the documentation is attached, which is what gets a facilities manager to pay on time.
What about the supplier invoices?
Photograph them and Vorker books each one with the VAT on its own line and the image attached to the entry, filed to the hall. Coating, abrasives, lift hire: it learns how you book each supplier.
Do I have to learn a new system?
No. You talk to Vorker the way you would text someone in the office, and it works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your accounting. Quotes and completion docs arrive as ordinary PDFs.
