Will it send anything to a customer without me seeing it?

No. Every quote, report, email and text is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it and schedule it to go out later. Nothing sensitive happens on its own.

We are two installers and a van. Is this overkill?

That is the size it is built for. There is nobody in the office to hand the paperwork to, so it lands on your evenings. Vorker is made for businesses of one to ten people, not for firms with a service coordinator.

Can it really write a service report from my notes?

Yes. Type or dictate what you found and did, and it drafts the report in your format: what was replaced, what was measured, what to watch next visit. You read it, fix anything, and approve it.

How does it keep track of service intervals?

Each site’s next service date is remembered when the report is done. When the date comes around, Vorker drafts the booking email on its own and holds it for your approval, so contracts get rebooked instead of forgotten.

What about the parts invoices in the van?

Photograph them and Vorker matches the supplier, works out the accounting lines including VAT, and attaches the image to the entry. It learns how you book each supplier, so the next filter invoice is handled the same way.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You talk to Vorker the way you would text someone in the office, and it works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your accounting. The quotes and reports arrive as ordinary PDFs.
