You judge the people. Vorker does the paperwork.

Vorker does the paperwork around your placements: candidate longlists, outreach drafts, shortlist summaries and the invoice the day the candidate accepts. You approve everything.

FAQ

Will it contact a candidate without me seeing it?

No. Every outreach message, shortlist and invoice is drafted and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it. Even the invoice that drafts itself on acceptance sits until you press send.

Does the outreach sound like a robot wrote it?

It learns your voice from the messages you have already sent, and each draft is personal to the candidate: their work, the role, why the match. You edit anything that does not sound like you, and it learns from the edit.

We are two recruiters. Is this overkill?

Two-person firms get the most out of it, because there is no researcher to hand the sourcing and the summaries to. Vorker is built for businesses of one to five people, not for staffing firms with a back office.

What about candidate data and GDPR?

Your candidate data stays in your own accounts and files, and nothing about a candidate goes to anyone without your approval. Vorker works inside the tools you already trust with that data rather than becoming a new copy of it.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You talk to Vorker the way you would brief a researcher, and it works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, LinkedIn. Shortlists and invoices arrive as ordinary PDFs.

How long before it is useful?

Setting up takes minutes and it reads your website to learn what you do. Most recruiters start with one thing, usually longlists or outreach drafts, and add more once they trust it.
