You coach the floor. Vorker runs the office.

Vorker runs the office side of your gym: corporate offers, usage summaries for HR, invoicing and the January wellness receipts. You approve everything.

FAQ

Will it email a member or a company without me seeing it?

No. Every offer, invoice, email and text is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it. For a batch like the January receipts, one approval covers the batch you reviewed.

We are two coaches and a part-timer. Is this overkill?

That is the size it is built for. In a small gym the coaches are also the sales team, the bookkeepers and the ones answering emails at eleven at night. Vorker takes that layer so the floor stays yours.

Can it really price a corporate offer?

It drafts from your own plans and what you agreed on previous deals, and it gets closer the more you use it. Treat the first draft as a starting point you adjust. That is still much faster than building every offer from scratch.

What are the wellness receipts it keeps mentioning?

In many workplaces employees can claim their gym membership back through a wellness benefit, and they all need a receipt from you in January. Vorker drafts the whole batch from your member list before the requests start, and one approval sends them.

Does it replace our booking or membership system?

No. Your booking system keeps running the classes. Vorker handles the office work around it: the offers, the emails, the summaries and the invoices, inside the tools you already have.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You type or say what you need, the way you would brief a front-desk manager, and Vorker works inside your email, your calendar and your accounting. Offers and invoices arrive as ordinary PDFs.
