You host the guests. Vorker runs the front desk.

Vorker answers booking enquiries, drafts group offers, sends confirmations, invoices companies and gathers your reviews after checkout. You approve everything.

FAQ

Will it reply to a guest without me seeing it?

No. Every offer, confirmation, invoice and review request is drafted and then waits for you. You read it, change what you want, and one press sends it. Nothing reaches a guest on its own.

We are two people and eleven rooms. Is this overkill?

That is exactly the size it is built for. When the owner is also the cook, the cleaner and the front desk, there is nobody to hand the office work to. Vorker is that pair of hands, for businesses of one to ten people.

Can it handle a group booking properly?

Yes, that is the work it takes over first: the offer with rooms and breakfast times, the confirmation with arrival details, and one consolidated invoice to the company after checkout. You approve each piece before it goes.

Does it work with our booking channels?

Vorker works in your email and calendar, where direct enquiries and channel notifications already land. It drafts the replies, offers and confirmations there. It does not replace your channel manager or booking engine.

How does the review request work?

Two days after checkout, Vorker drafts a short friendly email to departing guests with your review link in it. It triggers on its own, and depending on how you set it up it either sends or waits for your approval first.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You type or say what you need, the way you would tell a colleague at the front desk, and Vorker works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your accounting.
