The claim pack, built while you board up

Vorker builds the insurance claim pack, confirms the board-up, invoices the insurer and chases the claim for glazing firms of 1-10 people. You approve everything.

FAQ

Will it send anything to an insurer without me seeing it?

No. The claim pack, the invoice and every chaser are prepared and then wait for you. You can read them, edit any line, reject them, or approve them and schedule them to go out later. Nothing sensitive happens on its own.

Does the claim pack actually match what insurers want?

It carries what every claim needs: the measurements, the photos listed against the damage, the cost breakdown and the claim reference. You check it before it goes, and if a particular insurer wants a different layout, Vorker learns it and keeps it for next time.

How do the measurements and photos get in?

However is easiest from the pavement: a voice note with the sizes, photos straight from your phone. Vorker files them to the job and builds the pack from them, so the numbers in the claim trace back to what you actually measured.

What happens when a claim just sits unpaid?

Vorker watches it. Thirty days with no payment registered and a polite chaser to the insurer drafts itself, with the claim reference and the original pack attached. It waits for your approval like everything else.

We are two glaziers and a van. Is this overkill?

That is exactly the size it is built for. Vorker is made for businesses of one to ten people, where the person cutting the glass is also the person doing the claims at night. There is nobody else to hand the paperwork to, which is the point.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You talk to Vorker the way you would text someone in the office, from the site if you like. It works inside the tools you already have: your email, your phone, your accounting. The packs and invoices arrive as ordinary PDFs.
