Will it send anything to a client without me seeing it?
No. Every proposal, invoice, post and chaser is drafted and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it. Nothing outbound moves on its own.
I work alone. Is this overkill?
Solo designers get the most out of it, because there is nobody else to hand the admin to. Vorker is built for practices of one to five people, not for agencies with a studio manager.
Can it really scope a project sensibly?
It drafts from your rates and how you scoped similar projects before, including the revision limits, and it gets closer the more you use it. Treat the first draft as a starting point you adjust.
Does the payment chaser sound like a debt collector?
No. It is a short, warm nudge in your own voice, drafted when the due date passes, and it waits for your approval like everything else. You will never send it angry at midnight, which is rather the point.
Will the case-study posts sound like me?
They are drafted from how you write, with your photos, and nothing is published until you approve. Most designers edit the first few and then find the drafts need less and less.
Do I have to learn a new system?
No. You type or say it, the way you would tell a studio manager, and it works inside your email, files and accounting. Proposals and invoices arrive as ordinary PDFs on your paper.
