FAQ

Will it send anything to a customer without me seeing it?

No. Every confirmation, report, invoice and reminder is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it and schedule it for later. Nothing sensitive happens on its own.

We are two technicians and a van. Is this overkill?

That is the size it is built for. In a firm of two, the person fixing trucks is also the person writing reports at ten at night. Vorker is made for businesses of one to ten people, not for dealers with a service office.

Can it really write a service report?

It drafts from your notes and from how you have reported similar faults before, on your own template. Treat the first draft as a starting point you adjust. That is still much faster than writing every report from scratch.

What about the parts invoices in the van?

Photograph them and Vorker matches the supplier, works out the accounting lines including VAT, and attaches the image to the entry. It learns how you book each supplier, so the next invoice from the same wholesaler is handled the same way.

How does it keep track of inspections?

Every truck it has seen in a report or an invoice gets a due date. When an inspection approaches, Vorker drafts the booking email to the customer on its own and holds it for your approval. Nothing goes overdue quietly.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You type or say what you need, the way you would tell someone in the office, and Vorker works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your accounting.
