Will it send anything to an exhibitor without me seeing it?
No. Every quote, chaser, invoice and offer is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it and schedule it to go out later. Nothing sensitive happens on its own.
Can it really cost a stand build?
It drafts from your own rates and how you costed similar stands before: walls, fascia, furniture, install days against the fair’s build window. Treat the first draft as a starting point you adjust. That is still far faster than costing every stand from scratch at night.
We are three people and a workshop. Is this overkill?
That is the size it is built for. When there is nobody in an office, the quoting and invoicing lands on your evenings, right when the build needs you most. Vorker is made for firms of one to ten people.
How does it handle the show deadline?
It knows the fair’s dates from the brief and keeps them against everything on the job: the quote’s validity, the graphics chaser, the build slots. What it cannot do is move the hall opening, which is exactly why the paperwork should not be eating your build time.
What about the receipts from the build?
Photograph them and Vorker books each one with the VAT on its own line and the image attached to the entry, filed to the stand. Timber, print, hire: it learns how you book each supplier.
Do I have to learn a new system?
No. You talk to Vorker the way you would text someone in the office, and it works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your accounting. Quotes and invoices arrive as ordinary PDFs.
