You sell the homes. Vorker writes everything around them.

Vorker handles the paperwork around your listings: listing copy, vendor sign-offs, viewing-weekend reports and the commission invoice. You approve everything.

FAQ

Will it send anything to a vendor or buyer without me seeing it?

No. Every listing, report, reply and confirmation is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it. Nothing outbound moves on its own.

Can it really write listing copy that sounds like us?

It drafts from your past listings, your photos and your notes, and it leads with what sells the house rather than reciting the floor plan. Treat the first draft as a starting point you sharpen. That is still much faster than writing it on Sunday night.

We are two agents and a phone. Is this overkill?

That is the size it is built for. Vorker is made for agencies where the person showing the house is also the one writing the copy and calming the vendor. There is nobody else to hand the desk work to.

How does the viewing weekend actually work?

Bookings get confirmations and reminders by SMS, the diary holds, and on Sunday evening the vendor report compiles itself with the viewing count and the interest. You press send on Monday morning, or Sunday night if you want to beat the call.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You talk to Vorker the way you would brief an assistant, and it works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your files. The listings and reports arrive as ordinary PDFs.

How long before it is useful?

Setting up takes minutes and it reads your website to learn how your agency sounds. Most agencies start with one thing, usually listing copy or vendor reports, and add more once they trust it.
