Will it send anything to a client without me seeing it?
No. Every booking, report, application and email is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it and schedule it. Nothing outbound moves on its own.
Can it really write an audit report?
It drafts from your own site notes, readings and the structure of your past reports: measures, payback times, grant flags. The engineering judgement stays yours, and you edit before anything ships. Three evenings of writing becomes one read-through.
How does it know about subsidy deadlines?
You tell it once which application window applies to a measure, or ask it to check the current ones, and it watches the date. Three weeks out it drafts the application from the report and holds it for your approval. It will not invent a scheme or file anything on its own.
I am a one-person consultancy. Is this overkill?
One-person firms get the most out of it, because there is nobody else to hand the paperwork to. Vorker is built for businesses of one to ten people, not for large engineering consultancies.
Do I have to learn a new system?
No. You talk to Vorker the way you would message a colleague, and it works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your spreadsheets, your accounting. Reports and applications arrive as ordinary PDFs.
Can it handle the boring expense side too?
Yes. Photograph the parking receipt or forward the calibration invoice and it is booked with the VAT on its own line and the image attached. Mileage from site days is logged when you tell it where you went.
