Can it really read a full tender document?

Yes. Upload or forward the PDF and Vorker reads it end to end, then gives you the scope, the dates, the quantities to price and anything unusual buried in the conditions. You get a summary you can scan in a minute instead of an evening.

Will it send a quote without me seeing it?

No. Every quote, invoice, email and text is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit any line, reject it, or approve it and schedule it to go out later. Nothing sensitive happens on its own.

What about certification and inspection paperwork?

You send your test notes, photos and measurements however is easiest, including a voice note from site. Vorker turns them into a structured report as a PDF that you check and sign off. It keeps the same format each time, so the documentation stops looking different on every job.

How does it handle wholesaler invoices?

Photograph or forward them and Vorker matches the supplier, prepares the accounting rows with VAT on its own line and attaches the document. It learns how you book each wholesaler, so the next invoice from the same one is handled the same way.

We are three electricians and no office staff. Is this for us?

That is exactly the size it is built for. Vorker is made for businesses of one to ten people where the owner is on the tools all day and the admin waits until evening. It is not an enterprise system with a rollout project.

How long before it is useful?
