The schedules and the paperwork, done between lessons

Vorker handles the office work of a driving school: course schedules, confirmation texts, lesson records, test slot watching and invoices. You approve everything.

FAQ

Will it send anything to a student without me seeing it?

No. Every schedule, text, email and invoice is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it and schedule it to go out later. Nothing sensitive happens on its own.

We are two instructors and one car. Is this overkill?

That is the size it is built for. In a school of two, the person teaching all day is also the person planning courses at ten at night. Vorker is made for businesses of one to ten people, not for chains with an office team.

Can it really plan a whole intensive course?

It drafts the schedule from your calendar, your lesson lengths and how you have planned similar courses before. Treat the first draft as a starting point you adjust. That is still much faster than laying out three weeks by hand.

How does the test slot watching work?

You tell it which students are waiting for a test and it keeps an eye on the booking system. When a cancellation slot opens, it drafts the booking email to the student and holds it for your approval. You decide whether to take the slot.

What about the fuel receipts in the glovebox?

Photograph them and Vorker matches the supplier, works out the accounting lines including VAT, and attaches the image to the entry. It learns how you book each one, so the next receipt from the same station is handled the same way.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You type or say what you need, the way you would tell someone at the front desk, and Vorker works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your accounting.
