You do the dentistry. Vorker runs the recalls.

Vorker runs the recall machine around your clinic: recall texts, booking replies, supplier invoices and the month’s invoicing summary. It never touches patient journals. You approve everything.

FAQ

Does it touch our patient records?

No. Vorker runs the practice admin: the diary, the inbox, the recall texts, the supplier invoices and the invoicing summary. Patient journals live in your journal system and Vorker never asks for access to them. The recall list is built from bookings, not from clinical records.

Will it text a patient without me seeing it?

No. Every recall batch, confirmation and letter is drafted and then waits for you. You read it, edit it, reject it or approve it. The batch goes out in one press, and every text carries an opt-out.

We are one dentist and one hygienist. Is this overkill?

That is exactly the size it is built for. In a two-chair practice the owner is also the recall system, the bookkeeper and the person answering emails at nine in the evening. Vorker is made for teams of one to ten, not for chains with an office.

What happens when a patient replies to a recall text?

Vorker reads the reply, checks your diary and drafts a confirmation with a real slot. You approve it and the booking is confirmed. Anyone who replies STOP is taken off the list and never texted again.

Can it handle the supplier invoices too?

Yes. Photograph the depot and lab invoices and they are booked with the VAT on its own line and the image attached to the entry. It learns how you book each supplier, so the next invoice from the same depot is handled the same way.

Do we have to learn a new system?

No. You type or say what you need, the way you would tell your front desk. Vorker works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your accounting. Nothing gets migrated.
