Does it touch patient data?
No, and that is by design. Vorker runs the order admin: case numbers, units, shades, delivery dates, clinics and invoices. The patient records stay in the clinic’s own systems. It never asks for them and never needs them.
Will it send anything to a clinic without me seeing it?
No. Every confirmation, invoice and statement is drafted and then waits for you. You read it, change what you want, and one press sends it. Nothing reaches a clinic on its own.
We are three technicians and no office staff. Is this overkill?
That is exactly the size it is built for. When everyone who could do the paperwork is also holding a handpiece, the admin happens at night. Vorker is made for businesses of one to ten people.
Our clinics expect one invoice a month. Can it do that?

How does the delivery note part work?
When a case ships, photograph it once from your phone. Vorker books the delivery note, attaches the photo, and files it to the clinic’s month so the statement builds itself from real records.
Do I have to learn a new system?
No. You type or say what you need, the way you would tell whoever runs the front desk, and Vorker works inside the tools you already have: your email, your accounting, your files.
