Will it send a lift plan or quote without me seeing it?
No. Every plan, quote, application and invoice is prepared and then waits for you. A lift plan in particular is a draft for you to check and correct, never something that goes out on its own.
Can I trust a drafted lift plan?
Treat it as a prepared starting point, not an engineer. Vorker drafts the crane class, radius and outrigger loads from the request and your past lifts, and flags the open questions. You check and correct it, and the plan that goes out is yours.
We are two operators and a crane each. Is this overkill?
That is the size it is built for. In a two-operator firm the person quoting is also the one in the cab, so the plans and invoices happen at night. Vorker is made for companies of one to ten people.
What about permits and street closures?
Vorker drafts the applications with the dates, the position and the drawings you give it, and keeps the deadlines visible so a lift is never waiting on a permit nobody sent. You approve every application before it goes.
How does the certification watching work?
Tell Vorker the expiry dates once, for operators and for cranes. It flags each one well ahead and drafts the renewal booking, so a lapsed card never grounds a crane with a full book.
Do I have to learn a new system?
No. You talk to Vorker the way you would text a colleague, and it works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your files, your accounting. The plans and invoices arrive as ordinary PDFs.
