FAQ

Will it send anything to a client without me seeing it?

No. Every proposal, invoice, report and text is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it. Nothing sensitive happens on its own.

We are two drivers and a van each. Is this overkill?

That is the size it is built for. In a two-driver firm the person doing the invoicing is also driving the route, so the paperwork happens at night. Vorker is made for companies of one to ten people, not for depots with an office team.

Where does the delivery log come from?

From your own runs. Tell Vorker the stops as you complete them, or forward the confirmations you already collect, and it keeps a clean log per client. The weekly invoice attaches it automatically.

Can it handle the fuel and toll receipts?

Photograph them and Vorker matches the supplier, books the entry with the VAT on its own line and attaches the image. It learns how you book each one, so the next fuel receipt is handled the same way.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You talk to Vorker the way you would text a dispatcher, and it works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your accounting. The proposals and invoices arrive as ordinary PDFs.

What about the monthly reports clients keep asking for?

Vorker builds them from the logs it already keeps: volumes per stop, punctuality per run. At month end the draft is waiting for you, and it goes out when you approve it.
