Will it send anything to an owner or tenant without me seeing it?
No. Every prospectus, reply, summary and mailout is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it. Nothing outbound moves on its own.
Can it really write a prospectus that looks like ours?
It drafts on your paper, from your past prospectuses and the details you give it. Treat the first draft as a starting point you adjust. That is still much faster than building each one from scratch.
We are two agents and a phone. Is this overkill?
That is the size it is built for. Vorker is made for agencies where the person showing the floor is also the one answering enquiries and writing the owner updates. There is nobody else to hand the desk work to.
How does the viewing diary actually work?
Enquiries get replies with real slots from your calendar, confirmed viewings land in it, and reminders go out by SMS. You see every reply before it is sent, and the diary never double-books you.
Do I have to learn a new system?
No. You talk to Vorker the way you would brief an assistant, and it works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your files. The prospectuses arrive as ordinary PDFs.
How long before it is useful?
Setting up takes minutes and it reads your website to learn what your agency does. Most firms start with one thing, usually enquiries or prospectuses, and add the pipeline once they trust it.
