You roast the coffee. Vorker runs the week around it.

Vorker runs the weekly wholesale rhythm for small roasteries: standing orders confirmed, origin posts drafted, delivery invoices sent. You approve everything.

FAQ

Will it email a cafe without me seeing it?

The weekly confirmations run on a schedule you set up and approved once, and everything else waits for you. Any reply, invoice or post is prepared and held until you press approve. You can change the standing schedule or pause it any time.

How does it know each cafe’s order?

From the standing orders you agree with each cafe and what they have actually taken week by week. A change like "three cases this week" updates the plan and the confirmation. The list is yours to read before anything is roasted or sent.

Can it really write about coffee the way we do?

It learns your voice from what you have already written, and it drafts from the lot’s real details: origin, process, what you taste in the tray. You edit anything before it publishes. The first draft is a starting point that keeps getting closer.

What about the importer invoices and freight bills?

Photograph them and Vorker books them with the VAT on its own line and the image attached to the entry. It learns how you book each supplier, so the next invoice from the same importer is handled the same way.

We are two people and a roaster. Is this overkill?

That is the size it is built for. When the roaster is also the sales team, the delivery driver and the bookkeeper, there is nobody to hand the Sunday-night admin to. Vorker is that pair of hands.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You talk to Vorker the way you would text a helper, and it works inside the tools you already have: your email, your socials, your accounting. The invoices and lists arrive as ordinary PDFs.
