Will it email my list or a stockist without me seeing it?
No. Every campaign, reply, line sheet and refund summary is drafted and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it. Nothing reaches a customer or a boutique on its own.
It is just me and one part-timer. Is this overkill?
That is the size it is built for. When the designer is also the copywriter, the customer service desk and the bookkeeper, there is nobody to hand the drop admin to. Vorker is that pair of hands.
Can it really write in our brand voice?
It learns from your site, your past drops and every edit you make. The first descriptions are a starting point you adjust; by the second drop they read like you wrote them. Nothing publishes until you approve it.
What happens with returns?
When the returns window closes, Vorker summarises what came back, matches refunds to orders and drafts the bookkeeping entries with the image trail attached. You approve the entries before anything is booked.
Can it handle wholesale as well as our own shop?
Yes. A boutique enquiry gets a same-day drafted reply with your trade line sheet attached, at your wholesale prices and minimums. The line sheet is held for your approval, because it is a promise about price and lead time.
Do I have to learn a new system?
No. You type or say it, the way you would brief a studio assistant, and it works inside what you already have: your inbox, your socials, your accounting. The line sheets and summaries arrive as ordinary PDFs.
