Will it send anything to a client without me seeing it?
No. Every spec, quote, invoice and email is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit any line, reject it, or approve it and schedule it to go out later. Nothing sensitive happens on its own.
We are only two people. Is this overkill?
Two-person workshops get the most out of it, because there is nobody in an office to hand the writing to. Vorker is built for businesses of one to ten people, not for large firms with an admin team.
Can it really price bespoke work?
It drafts from your own rates and from how you priced similar commissions before, and it gets closer the more you use it. Treat the first draft as a starting point you adjust. That is still far faster than pricing every piece from a blank page.
What does it do with the reference pictures clients send?
It reads them alongside the thread and works them into the spec: dimensions where stated, the style being asked for, and any contradiction flagged as an open question rather than silently guessed at.
How does the aftercare part work?
Every install date goes on the job file. A year on, Vorker drafts the maintenance offer, oiling, adjustment, whatever fits the piece, and holds it for your approval. You decide whether it goes.
Do I have to learn a new system?
No. You talk to Vorker the way you would talk to someone in the office, and it works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your accounting. The specs and quotes arrive as ordinary PDFs.
