You run the care. Vorker runs the commissioning paperwork.

Vorker runs the commissioning paperwork around your care agency: commissioner reports, municipal invoicing, certification tracking and admin packs. You approve everything.

FAQ

Does it read our care journals or client health records?

No, and it is built not to. Vorker runs the agency’s paperwork: commissioner reports, invoices, rotas, contracts and certifications. Care journals, health records and anything clinical stay in your care system, untouched. The line is the whole design.

Will it send anything to the municipality without me seeing it?

No. Every report, invoice and letter is prepared and then waits for you. You read it line by line, edit it, reject it, or approve it. Nothing reaches the commissioning unit until you press.

Can it really write the commissioner report?

It drafts the report from the visit logs you already keep: hours by client, deviations, staffing notes, in the unit’s own format. You check every figure before it goes. The first month you will correct it; after that it knows your format.

We are four carers and me. Is this overkill?

That is the size it is built for. Vorker is made for agencies where the owner is also the coordinator, the bookkeeper and the one writing the report at eleven at night. There is nobody else to hand the paperwork to, which is the point.

How does the certification tracking work?

You tell Vorker each carer’s certifications once, or it reads them from the files you have. It then surfaces every expiry sixty days out and drafts the renewal message, so nothing lapses mid-rota. Reminders wait for your approval like everything else.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You talk to Vorker the way you would brief an office coordinator, and it works inside the tools you already have: your email, your sheets, your accounting. The monthly report arriving already drafted is the whole experience.
