The parts invoices and the follow-ups, handled while you work

Vorker books the parts invoices, drafts repair quotes, texts your customers before tyre season and reports to your fleet accounts. Built for teams of 1-10. You approve everything.

FAQ

Will it text or invoice a customer without me seeing it?

No. Every quote, invoice, email and text is prepared and then waits for you, including a bulk campaign to your whole list. You read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it and schedule it to go out tomorrow morning. The same applies to accounting entries: nothing is posted until you approve it.

We are two mechanics and no office staff. Is this too much?

That is exactly the size it is built for. Vorker is made for businesses of one to ten people, where the owner is also the service advisor, the bookkeeper and the one chasing invoices. There is nobody else to hand the admin to, which is the point.

Can it really handle a bulk text before tyre season?

Yes, and it is one of the best fits in this trade. Vorker drafts the message, prepares the recipient list, and shows you the whole thing before anything sends. You approve it once, it goes out, and the replies come back to you as bookings you can drop into the diary.

What about the invoices from suppliers we rarely use?

Photograph or forward them. Vorker matches the supplier, sets them up if they are new, works out the accounting lines including VAT, and attaches the document to the entry. It learns how you book each supplier, so the next invoice from the same one is handled the same way without being asked.

Can it keep track of our tyre storage?

Yes. Vorker can hold the record of whose tyres you have, which set, tread and condition notes, where they are stored and when they last came off the car. It uses that to text the right customers when the changeover season starts. It remembers your customers and their vehicles between conversations rather than starting from scratch every time.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You talk to Vorker the way you would text a colleague, and it works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your accounting. A photo of a parts invoice from the workshop floor is the whole workflow.
