Vorker runs the paperwork around your detailing bays: dealer schedules, before-and-after photo logs, invoices and volume reports. You approve everything.

No. Every schedule, price confirmation, invoice and report is prepared and then waits for you. You can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it. Nothing reaches a dealer or a customer on its own.
That is the size it is built for. In a small studio the owner is also the scheduler, the photographer and the bookkeeper, and all of that happens after the last car leaves. Vorker is made for businesses of one to ten people.
You photograph each car when it arrives and when it leaves, and Vorker files the pair to the registration and the job. When the invoice goes out, the log goes with it, and months later you can still pull up exactly what state a car arrived in.
It drafts from your own rate card and how you have priced similar batches before, and it gets closer the more you use it. Treat the first draft as a starting point you adjust before approving.
Photograph them and Vorker matches the supplier, books the entry with the VAT on its own line and attaches the image. It learns how you book each supplier, so the next receipt from the same counter is handled the same way.
No. You talk to Vorker the way you would text someone at the front desk, and it works inside the tools you already have: your email, your calendar, your accounting. The schedules and invoices arrive as ordinary PDFs.
