Will it send a confirmation or invoice without me seeing it?

No. Every confirmation, invoice and reminder is drafted and then waits for you. A confirmation is a promise about stock and dates, which is exactly why it is held until you press the button.

We are two people and a warehouse. Is this overkill?

That is the size it is built for. There is no office team, so the confirmations and invoices happen at the kitchen table. Vorker is the office you never hired, minus the desk.

Our orders arrive as messy emails and spreadsheets. Can it really read them?

Yes. It reads the email and the attachment, matches the lines to your price list and your customer’s history, and flags anything it is unsure about instead of guessing. You check the confirmation before it goes anywhere.

What happens with the signed delivery notes?

Photograph them and Vorker books each one to the right order with the image attached as proof of delivery. When a payment discussion starts, the signed note is one search away instead of in a folder in the van.

How does the quiet-customer nudge work?

Vorker learns each regular’s rhythm from your order history. When a usual window passes with no order, it drafts a friendly check-in and waits for your approval. It never sends on its own.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No. You type or say it, the way you would tell someone in the office, and it works inside what you already have: your inbox, your accounting, your phone. The confirmations and invoices arrive as ordinary PDFs.
