Benjamin Dousa, Kevin from AndSend, Leo from Stripe, and Alexander from AWS spent time in the Vorker office. Notes on the glass, a ping pong table, and the part of the job a small team cannot hold alone.
You Can't Build This Alone October 30, 2026 A small team can hold a product. It cannot hold every argument the product needs. This week the Vorker office filled up with people who do not work here, and the glass wall filled up with notes. The photo above is Benjamin Dousa, Minister for International Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade, with Henrik. Benjamin stopped by. He posted from the visit the same afternoon. What he came to talk about was how a company like this scales, and how it thinks past Sweden. We did not leave with a slogan. We left with a harder question on the glass: what has to be true here before it is true anywhere else. The product on the screen, the notes still on the glass. Kevin from AndSend took the user journey apart. Where a person gets stuck, where we ask for something too early, where a small business owner would close the tab and go back to the actual job. Sharp, and usable the same day. Kevin from AndSend, on the user journey. Alexander from AWS sat with the onboarding flow. The first hour is where a coworker either becomes part of the work or stays a tab. His notes were about that hour. Then the table. Leo from Stripe won the padel at AfterVork. This week he won the ping pong too. We are considering a formal review of his office invite before the next tournament. The strategy session, adjourned. The four visits were not a panel, and not a favour we can invoice. They were people who already know a piece of this, willing to say where we are wrong. Founders notice it early: you cannot do the whole job alone. A small business owner already knows that. The evening admin, the bookkeeping, the follow-up, the thing that waits until the customers have gone home. That is the work Vorker prepares, and the owner still approves. The core team is still the core team. The week was a reminder that the room can be bigger than the payroll. We are grateful. Then we went back to the notes. Getting started Start a free account.
